Karbone’s team has extensive relationships with private equity funds, pension funds, and lending institutions.

Project Origination

Karbone engages with investors, renewable energy manufacturers, and energy companies to source projects ranging from permitted greenfield development opportunities to construction ready projects. The team manages the sourcing of projects through a variety of means, including Request for Proposals (“RFP”) and direct contact with selected project developers, engineering and construction firms, and real estate managers.

Asset Sales

Our team maintains a network of strong relationships within the investor community and leverages these relationships for clients looking to sell their renewable energy projects outright.
